Evening (this is my plan, but I'm working late -- might be leftover soup instead)

I've also upped my calories due to more activity. I'm not sure how it will affect my weight loss. I normally stay at 1200 or below. I've upped it to 1400. I'm working 9 hours a day standing on my feet and I'm starving all the time so I thought it was time to get more calories.
